Doral excels at providing the reports needed to meet stringent government standards. Doral supports all relevant HIPAA transaction files, as well as client proprietary file formats. In addition, Doral offers a database management system called the Enterprise Business Intelligence System (EBIS), a state-of-the-art, Internet-based, information management system. It allows users to configure data such as provider information and member utilization to create ad-hoc reports in real time. EBIS compiles statewide dental program information obtained from daily feeds. This gives our clients real-time data to produce per member per month cost analyses, trend reports, provider profiling, and many other important reports for evaluating their Doral dental program.
